This book is my first piece of published work and includes 4 full Yoga sequences for beginners, meditation and journaling exercises, Yoga FAQ and full, colour images from some of the most picturesque places in Scotland. Poses have modifications too with the help of Joel Wilson, my dear friend, and co-teacher.
This book is designed to give people the stepping-stones towards building a comprehensive and well rounded home Yoga practice. Readers learn how to use breath, strength and integrity through the Yoga sequences, and meditations, and as well as how to discover their focus through the detailed the intentions set for each practice. The poses are shown in a kilt illustrating that Yoga can be done in any clothing, anywhere and where better than some of Scotland’s most beautiful, natural landscapes.
