About the event
In this series of workshops, join Finlay to go a little deeper into different Forrest Yoga sequences.
Using the heat, and a little more time, we will be able to break down poses, take time for explanation and understanding, and allow us to take a deep dive into various concepts.
All props are provided for these sessions and are limited to 16 participants.
