Feast For The Soul: One of the favourite aspects of my Yoga practice is the deep sense that it is doing something healing on a profound level. There is a sense of release, relaxing the body, and also playtime higher energy. This workshop will move your blood and create an opportunity to quantum leap your energy patterns through some of the delightful and challenging poses.

Earth Series: When we look at this element, time becomes an enduring concept. Geological time can be difficult to comprehend and understanding processes that occur beyond our own lifespans is daunting.

By slowing down, getting steady in the poses, and feeling multiple contact points, this sequence will get you observing the pace of your practice in a different way, listening to the subtle sensations, and the small movements underneath, practising patience with our body’s processes. The session will have slightly longer holds in poses, allowing time for the body to adapt, using props to create better support with the ground, and developing an endurance that moves towards fortitude.
