I am psyched to bring you the new 30-day programme! From today, you can find this programme in the Kilted Yoga app and find a 30-day guided programme of sessions starting with mobility work, shorter beginner sessions and flows and building towards longer sessions as we go. Each "week" will throw in a weekend of self-care, meditation and more restorative yoga so you get a great mix of sessions.
